Default burnt piston rings

I just purchased a h23a1 from a 92 Prelude Si with 89,000 miles. The original owner said that before he pulled the engine, he had it checked out at a local shop, and they told him his piston rings are worn. Now, I have SERIOUS plans for this motor, including complete bottom end build up, head work, resleeving, pistons....etc. My goal is in two years, to have about 12-15psi of boost. Should I replace the rings with OEM, or are there any aftermarket brands that are designed specifically for forced induction?

I'd also like to know what other good options there are besides OEM rings.

As a rule of general consensus, people have stayed away from Total Seal rings. No personal stories or experiences tho.

What rings do popular forged piston makers package with their pistons?
