Hey there. My work car is hot as you know what. I purchased it 2 yrs ago and the air was ok to me. Now it is gone. I know if r12 is in it, I will have to covert it. My issue is where is the low port located and what charateristics it has so I know that is what is is?

your 02 will have r-134a installed. the low pressure fitting will be in the larger of the two a/c lines coming off the evaporator (through the firewall). Trace the larger pipe from the firewall and the service port should be attached to it. It will probably have a plastic screw-on cap and the valve inside will look like a tire valve.
