Default Skunk2 bushing help

Today i noticed that the bushings from my passenger side control arm (Skunk2 pro series) completely slid off from both sides creating a thumping noise when accelerating and stopping. Is this a common issue or product malfunction? The bushings were able to slide back in too easily w/o a press machine causing concern over safety and reinstallation. Anyone know how i can contact Skunk2 about the issue online or in person or if there is a way to easily fix this?

The contact is easy, though probably business hours.

I recently contacted them for bushings on rear camber arms.
