go back and tell him to set the toe to 0 and call it a day

what's wrong with strings and sticks, that is what I use plus a bubble for camber and lots of bubble gum. It all depends on what are u doing with the car. If it is used on the street go with OE specs. It took Honda engineers years to design your car and you took 1 hour to kill all the research so I think the best is to follow their ideas unless you are racing the car.
