TURBOCHARGED D16Z6 QUESTION!!

Hey guys just bought some turbo parts for 200 but i dont have an intercooler..i hear that i could run with it on without one with just pushing 5lbs...Is this true??

you can but its no recomended. hot air can make it prone to detonation

ya you can run with out it, but its safer and you will make more power with one

First off u can't run the turbo without a tuner. and if you have a emu of some kind you can program it to not preignite. so yes u can run it w/ no intercooler. oh and intercoolers are 30-60$ on ebay.
