I lost my audio code card. For 2006 civic ( vtech) Please help me out.

Default I lost my audio code card. For 2006 civic ( vtech) Please help me out.

Dear Honde Tech Fellows,

I need an assistant form you on this issiue of my car audio code.
The serial No is L30001 and U30001 when I pressed 1 and 6 botton of the stereo. My vin No isJHMFD167165412366. I hope to hear a better result. since driving car without audio is too bad. I need help seriously.

Open your glove box, there should be a sticker on the left side with the info you need.

If not go to your local dealer.

u30001 L30001 isnt a valid serial number

Some cars you can turn the radio off and hold 1 and 6 and turn the key on to acc. and turn the radio on and it should spit out two sets of numbers. I'm not sure of the exact sequence or if it works for the 06 Civic.

you have to take it to honda if you lost the card. from my experience, holding 1 and 6 has only worked on some (very few) older hondas. get your VIN and the serial number off the back of your radio and take it in. thats all you can do, no way around it
