Lots of factors
Driver skill
The TC is 2.4 liter
SI is 1.6 altho they are 1 hp differnt but the EM1 is lighter so i would say the em1 would have the advantage
Given the drivers are at the same skill level

not sounding good for u.. it takes a lil bit of practice to get used to a turbo cars characteristics. just slapping on a kit that is not tuned is not gonna net very well and ur gonna look like the ***

No one is trying to be a tough guy. Get your car boosted and put on the dyno. From what I have seen some TC kits now come pretty beefy like Full Race kits do...so in the end I think it comes down to tuner and turbo...then again DRIVER is the main thing on this. Yeah driving a boosted car is not like watching your slow B16 go waaaaaAAA(SHIFT)

a/A=1,000RPM
a=not in VTEC
A=VTAK!
Bench racing is for losers. Take it to a track.

I'd start with forged pistons and rods and some ARP bolts,Inline Pro mani,Precision Turbo, Tial wastegate,SPAL fan, oil catchcan etc. and look for a turbo shop to install custom 3" down pipe.

Should be good for about 360whp and 240 tq
