my car was sitting for a while. so my carbon fiber wing got toasted, is their any way to bring it back to life. instead of clear coating it?

Once UV damages the resin, it will never be the same again. The damaged epoxy needs to be removed or covered up. If the UV damage is only on the surface and there is enough undamaged resin under it to still cover the carbon, then you might be able to remove it with some 1k or so paper and buff it. However, since it's already proven to be suceptible to UV, coating it with a UV-blocking clear would help prevent the same problem in the future.
