Default Trouble with idle in my 92' Civic

Hi everyone, and sorry if I am doing a post that has been done a dozen times or more, but I am having issues with my idle dropping noticibly when I turn on my headlights or roll down the windows, and I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this. Oh and yes I am new to the Honda game, please don't tear me apart too badly. Thanks, everyone!

Try cleaning the IACV and then adjust the idle speed. Any CEL codes?

I don't have a CEL on but it may be a problem there too. I'll try to check if there is a cheap CEL eliminator on it or something. The vehicle has seen a lot of drivers and hopefully I am the last for a bit. Thanks for the info, and I will give this a shot and update. Do you think the grounds may have something to do with it on top of it?

Does the CEL work? When the key is turned to ON(II), the CEL should turn on and then off after 2 seconds, if no codes are thrown.

The CEL does work then, and isn't defective. Well, that I can tell anyway, because it does come on when the key turns and goes off. But if there is a code being thrown, would the CEL stay on indefinitley, even while driving? (Seems like a dumb Q, but need to make sure)

If a code is thrown, the CEL stays on steady while driving.

Okay, CEL doesn't stay on, which seems good. I will try cleaning out the IACV tonight and repost in the AM on the outcome. Thanks alot, RonJ!
