so despite everyones advice not to get a spec II for a daily driver, i got one anyways. after some cutting and welding to make it fit my del sol, it was good to go and ive been dd-ing it for about 2 months. best buy ive ever done for my car yet.

so last night me and my bro just decide to drive around at around 1 in the morning around huber heights (ohio). when im almost home, a cop pulls me over. i thought:
"**** its my exhaust"
so the cop comes up to my window (and this guy must be new on the job because he seems nervous as sh*t.) he asks me
"is your car is supposed to be that loud?"
and i say
"ummm i dont think so, i dont know why its so loud"
he proceeds to ask
"is it the muffler?"
and i think to myself
"lol there is no muffler....."
so he takes my licence and goes back to the cruiser to run it and comes back and tells me to get my dad to check out my exhaust (the car is in my dads name). then he let me go. i just thought it was funny. just thought id let yall know

 

My friend is on his 5th ticket due to a spec2 and no cat.
Some cops just don't care, they pull you over just to run your info, the loud exhuast gives them something to blame it on.

 

I got a loud exhaust ticket for my spec 3 while I was parked with my car off. Plenty of lol's over that in court.

i'm glad you like it. I'm done with loud exhausts so I gladly sacrificed hp and tq by putting an Integra muffler, stock piping and 2 resonators back in my car. At least its nice and comfortable again cuz I can hear without talking over the exhaust lol

My friend has one on his JDM Type R Integra and its the most beautiful exhaust I have seen. I am getting one for my GSR Coupe. Its worth it. As far as loudness goes def it out the roof even with the silencer on it.
