I have a problem with my AC. I'm a car newb, by the way.

What happens is on the highway the ac runs great. However, in stop and go traffic the ac blows hot air.

I think my condenser fan?? doesn't spin at all either.

Any help diagnosing the problem? I can answer any questions too that might help. Also, the car hit a curb that messed up some stuff in the front of the car... I don't doubt that this is what caused the ac damage to some extent.

 

If you wire the condenser fan to the battery, does it run? Is the Blk ground wire disconnected? Is the Wht power wire broken?
