jdm obd0 pr3 computer getting a code 7, somewhat random, seems to come on when it revs past 6.5-7k

motor is a b18c1, car is a dpfi hatch converted to mpfi, its not a hard code, click the ignition off and back on and the light stays out and will stay out for a while but every now and then it'll kick back on

from what I can figure code 7 is for the TPS but I want to make sure before I start chasing the TPS, make sure its not something else, when I test the TPS itself it seems to be in spec, so im sure it could be a wiring problem

Code 7: TPS.

My O2 sensor would go off randomly, so one day I had got annoyed enough and went out popped the hood and tried to pull it apart and it was stuck in there. So I just pulled it enough to wiggle it a little and then wiggled it back in and it hasn't given me any **** since. So sometimes its just a bad connection rather than a bad sensor.

just change the tps sensor

 

did you switch the wires up on the tps to appropriate position when you went mpfi ?
