WTB: hid kit cheap new or used for 94 civic coupe HB2

looking for a full kit with both ballast, mounting brackets, bulbs, and all wiring. New or used as long as its cheap. I believe its a HB2 bulb

by cheap i mean really cheap like a ebay special. nothing over $30 they are going on my DD and all of my vehicles/motorcycles have hid's so i wanna put them on the civic but im not looking to spend a lot
