I have a 1999 Honda Civic Dx Hatchback for sale. It has a B16 with a Password:jdm carbon kevlar intake,H&R lowering springs, Jdm ITR 5 lug swap with USDM ITR wheels, A CTR rear wing with I-built style brackets, Si front bumper and lip, Si side skirts, OEM CTR fenders with OEM CTR sidemarkers, OEM CTR rear bumper and lip, ITR axle back, and an Si cluster. I'm sure I forgot a few things. This is a project car and it does have a few downsides. I have the title in hand. No joy riders, CASH IN HAND ONLY. What are the downsides to this car?

Looks very nice!

 

Mostly cosmetic issues. The paint is all original and it is 11 years old now so there are minor scuffs and scratches. Hardly noticeable unless you are looking for them. The rear CTR bumper is cracked in two spots. I talked to a body guy and he said there were easily fixable, the lip is not affected or cracked at all. There is a tear in the rear carpet which never bothered me because I never had to look at it haha. The cel is on due to the secondary o2 not being hooked up. It is in the bung but the person before me just cut the wires. Also the windsheild is cracked but I might get that fixed.

 

It does look nice! The downsides are.. thiefs want to steal it!

There are about 200k on the body its self, and I believe, with the milage the last owner said, there are about 70k on the motor
