Default 98 #763 ITR C/W here

Kinda new here. Its been a while. Just picked this up a little bit ago. Wasn't really looking for one but it kinda fell in my lap, and everyone knows you can't pass up a 63,xxx original mile ITR. Dont have a whole lot of history on the car but I do know it is clean title and is in fantastic shape. This is what I do know. The interior is all stock besides the radio. The paint is very nice minor stone chips, also a couple of minor scratches. There is one ding on the hood, no idea how it happened. The suspension is untouched besides the rota bronze circiut 8's, wrapped in azenas tires. The tranny is also stock LSD tranny. The motor has CTR pistons, stock bore. The head has a mild port and polish with skunk2 stage 2 cams, skunk2 springs and retainers. Skunk2 cam gears. Powercore 4-2-1 header, high flow cat, into full stainless exhaust. Has AEM C/A/I. It has a chipped p72 ecu. OBD2-OBD-1 conversion. A/C delete (previous owner). Very cool piece of honda history. Little more stuff here and there. I have to work on posting pics. No idea how to do it.

Congrats on the car. Its pretty simple these days to post pics. Your best bet is to go to photobucket and after you upload the pic they'll give you a little link under the picture to copy and paste.

Good pickup bro. Wish my experience went like that. When I picked up my R I was a bit disappointed. I flew one way to pick her up and there were alot of discrepencies but I needed something to drive home in.

Thanks again! Forgot to mention had it on a mustang dyno. Ran out of fuel @ 8,000 rpm. Gave me 176hp ordered the injectors and fuel pump and going back. Hoping to get into the 200's. Still fun to drive though!

Decent numbers for a baseline right off the bat. You stated the ECU has been chipped, what software do you have? Also you do plan on getting it tuned after you get injectors and a fuel pump correct? What size injectors and what pump did you order? With a good dyno tune and your setup i don't see any reason you would not make 200whp or better, even on a mustang dyno (they typically read lower, but are more accurate of a tuning device and are more realistic)

Cosmetic wise the only thing i would change is back to the factory amber marker lights. Not because i'm such a "purist" I just think they look alot better than the clear.

Also, i would recommend ditching the AEM CAI setup and going with a BPI velocity stack and 3" SRI instead. By switching to that you will keep your intake off the ground and pick up probably twice as much power.

I already have the lights trying to get time to put them in. This kinda cleared my account so i'm putting dsm 450's and a walboro 255. I agree with you i hope to be over 200. It was a hondatas200 it blew up and i wanted actual numbers instead of a blue box in my car. So its tuned on chrome pro. Once i get the fuel corrected I'm getting more dyno time. I'll get better pics in a while.

The 450s are a little big for that setup, but will still work fine. Did you also get the resistor box for the injectors.

Long story condensed is. A kid owed his mom alot of money he was lazy didn't pay her. She gave it to my buddy to sell, that has no idea about this kind of stuff. I bought from her. I feel bad for her son but thats life.
