1999 civic d16y8 clutch not disengaging
so a couple days ago i grinded gears when i shifted from 1st to 2nd, i figured i didnt press the clutch in on accident or something like that. this started happening more and more until i couldnt even get the car into any gears. i shut off the car, put it into first and held the clutch. when i tried starting it the car moved forward even tho i was holding the clutch. i checked the fluid in the master cylinder, its good there are no leaks. theres pressure in the pedal and the clutch fork moves when u depress the clutch, i also just tried bleeding it but that didnt help at all.
help? ive heard that a worn clutch disc can cause this but i dont see how that can be.
what do you think? bent clutch fork?
