Default passing emissions with hondata s300

So I live in Indiana and I am about to be putting a turbo on my 96 civic with a 97 gsr, gt28rs, hondata s300....... and so on. I just passed emissions a few months ago so not a big deal till next year, I plan on doing more, but my question is has anyone been able to use or find a "obd2 ECU simulator" not a o2 simulator but some sort of obd2 port saying there is no codes and that all the modules are ready and working. I have been looking all over for something but cant seem to find anything, I have a few friends that have to pass emissions and will be helping them pass but might as well find something that will work on the car to get it to pass. I know that it needs to read the ecu and get the 96-00 civic and 94-01 intergra reads the same for civics. Has anyone tried anything and worked? I have a few ecu's around, p2p a p72 and p2t and also my p28. Thanks for the input. I can also just get my plates in Michigan since my parents have a house there and not worry about emissions.lol

OBD2 scan requires an OBD2 ECU. (BTW and OBD2 simulator would be HIGHLY illegal)

Only decent way to pass the testing... drop in the stock injectors and stock ECU, drive the car without hitting boost for a couple drive cycles, test, then drop everything back to normal.

I know its highly illegal and i know it has to be obd2, I was just looking for an easy way to not have to swap out injectors and other parts.
