Hi guys after a ten year wait i am finaly restoring my 1991 crx. first question i have is how do you remove the rear number plate mount. i have taken of the rear bumper and the bumper support. the number plate mount is left. this is held in with what appears to be four studs. is there a way to remove these with out cutting so they can be used again
