Hi i was wondering if anybody has a link or know how to swap seat rails or if it's even possible... I bought 06 rsx leather front seats but buddy that had em before me cut rails up to try and make em fit... took the two front holes right off... so i was thinking of using my stock rails and putting them on...
I searched in the FAQ'S but just found a swap with rsx rails...
I appreciate the help in advance

They're EP3 seats, but he swapped rail assemblies.

why did he take the front mounting brackets off ?

 

nah man they aren't the same...seems like there's no bolts anywhere even after i peel the leather back a bit... and i really have no clue as to why he would cut off part of the brackets...

 

Yea those RSX seats are riveted together. The front 2 bolts will go in, and you will have to drill the two (maybe one, if you're lucky) holes in the back of the rail a bit bigger to fit the holes.

 

that's the thing buddy cut off the two front holes for some fu>>ed up reason

 

Weld extensions onto what's left of them?

 

yeah that's what i was thinking... cutting off a piece off my stock rails and weld them on... Thanks for the help though guys

 

well seats are in and they look pretty damn sweet...
