I just purchased a CRX and thought I would show it and see what everyone thinks.

Definate plans:
Dank seat covers
Update top of doors with new vinyl
Replace front windshield










During the cleaning process I took apart everything on the inside that was easy to take out.

Good start.. Do you mind telling us how much you picked it up for? You did a real good job cleaning the car. Are you going DOHC or are you going to stick with the stock motor? One thing that's great about the interior of the CRX is that it's easy to take apart and put back. Anyway good luck with the car...

 

I purchased the car for $3000. I really wanted to get the car interior clean.

I need to stop putting it off and contact Dank about the seat covers. I also went out and got a few vinyl samples to see if they would look good on the door repair.

I wouldnt pay that much, but hey, if you have the money and can afford it why not right ? LOL

 

3000 for a clean car like that is not bad, where i live you cant find clean crx's

 

Good pick up, and nice detailing job.
That is a very fair price, for a very clean, and still unbelievably shiny Y49, after 22 years.

How many miles are on it?

 

There are 200k on the chassis and I think 80k on the motor.

Looks good for bout 22 years,, paint looks good,, clay bar it and wax it ,,then take sum pics in the sun...Rust free looking thou...Did you pik it cuz of the color or just the clean body..

Throw a b16 in it and sum koni and ground coils and you be set on those rims
