It's brake, not break.

What are you trying to do, exactly? If you need to bleed the brakes because you replaced something, you should bleed the whole brake system.
You'll need two people unless you have a vacuum-bleeder, or some other tool that will allow you to do it alone.

Bleed sequence:
1. Driver's side front brake.
2. Passenger side front brake.
3. Passenger side rear brake.
4. Driver's side rear brake.

Find a small piece of rubber (or vinyl) hose that will fit over the nipple on the bleed screw(s), then place the other end of it into a jar (or other receptacle).
It also doesn't hurt to put a small piece of wood behind the brake pedal so it doesn't go all the way to the floor when someone's pushing on it during the bleeding process.

Fill the brake fluid reservoir.
Have someone pump the brake pedal to build pressure, then hold the pressure while you turn the bleed screw to release the fluid and air.
The brake pedal will go down, have them hold it down until you tighten the bleed screw. Then start pumping the brake pedal again.
Repeat this process until there are no more air bubbles in the brake fluid, then refill the brake fluid reservoir and continue. (keep an eye on the fluid level while you're bleeding)
Move to the next location and do it again until you've bled all four brakes.

Yeah I know how to do that. This is what happened. A month a go my brake pedal wasn’t responding it would go all the way to the floor with out stopping. So I bleed the brakes over and over about 5 times and nothing so I started to check the lines and it all looked good, some one suggested it was the brake cylinder. So I changed it to a new one. Now I have pedal response but when I go to step on the pedal all 4 tires lock up. The brakes clamp and don’t release like it should. That’s my problem I need to fix it. Cause I’m tired of taking the bus.

Are you sure that all four wheels lock up, or are you just guessing? Is it possible that only the rear brakes lock up? I'm wondering if it's a problem with the brake booster, or possibly the proportioning valve.

You don't happen to have ABS, do you?

You might want to just take (tow) it in and have it inspected. A number of shops will do free inspections.
