Replacing Brake Caliper Seal

I'm replacing the rear caliper seal on 95 integra. Does anyone know of any tips of how to install them. Seems pretty straight forward but it's pretty hard to seat the seal. Any tips would be great, I'd rather not buy a remanf cause I'm broke.
