I just completely rebuilt the motor. I have heard that starting the motor with choke can f up your main bearings so... anyone know how to disable the choke offhand? I tried goggling it but can't find anything on the matter.

I goggled it for you:

Disable the choke on a FI car.
Pull your O2 sensor wire and disable your IACV.

Saves your cam bearings, not mains.

 

This, right here, in the single reason 90% of the enthusiasts refuse to contribute to the site anymore, including myself.
