I bought a b18b today and the valve cover has 2 vent pipes on it. I was wondering what they are for. I have seen pictures of vented valve covers before but never knew what the purpose was can someone please explain its use to me and what it is supposed to be hooked up to? I would take pics but my camera is broken. Thanks in advance

 

the vents are for lines that run to an oil catch can
