this is a cry out for help! i have an 88 civic hatchback and its dual point and iv always had a fluctuating idle problem after the car has been warmed up.... but now its jumpin from 1200 to 1600 rpms when i start the car then from 1200 to 800 rps after its been warmed up... its pretty embarrassing when driving it and it makes it hard to drive when im in first gear... i looked online and did some research and it sounds like it would be the fast idle thermo valve.... but my car didnt come with one... ive cleaned the iacv and its still doin it... F*CK MY LIFE! anywho... i greatly appreciate any input and hope to get this fixed soon..! thanks!
