Getting ready to drain and fill the auto trans on my 04 accord 4 cyl. I have Valvoline Maxlife with Z1. Its says its good for Honda specs except CVTs. Dont know if my accord falls into this category. I believe CVT is not what I have but looking for clarity.

You do not have a CVT or Continuously Variable Transmission.

 

A CVT trans doesn't have gears. They technically don't ever shift. Most Nissan's have them now. I think only the Civic Hybrid's, Insight's have CVT's and the EK HX.
