Default Spongy brake help!

long story short, had to replace all 4 calipers on my edm crx, bled the brakes and got the air out, with engine off pressure is in the peddle, engine on goes to the floor. got another master cylinder from a junkyard to test out(fluid that came out of it was fairly clear), bled the brakes and same thing, now im assuming i have either another bad MC or from what i have been reading its a slight chance it could be the proportioning valve? but how likely would that be? my other issue is that since its a euro model im having trouble finding the 7/8 bore MC and seems like no one has one. anyways any ideas that may help me out? was planning on going to a honda dealer here in germany to try and get a new mc but not sure if they can get me one.

so i got a new MC finally and now the same issue is happening, pressure is building up when the vehicle is off but as soon as it is running the pedal sinks to the floor. now everything was fine until i swapped out the calipers. im assuming it must be either the brake booster or possibly but very slight chance air leak?
