Default MT/AT Throttle Body

I tried a search couldn't find anything and with my luck latley i have to ask just to make sure , despite if the question might make me look like a moron.

Need to change my throttle body out of my 2003 Civic and it is an auto, and found a good price on a throttle body form the same car but they have a manual. I have no idea why it would matter but you never know.

I'm not sure what the difference would be, but they do have two different part numbers. (and two different prices)

Automatic: 16400-PLR-A53 (GY79A)
Manual: 16400-PLR-A03 (GY78A)

If the one you're looking at is inexpensive, it's worth a shot. At least then we'd have a definite answer.
