What should i do next
92 si prelude: Now that i did all the typical tune ups to my car, fixed oil leaks, replaced plugs etc. Even new battery and alternator whats next? i already have the AEM short ram air intake in there, what would be the best step next step? headers/exhaust maybe? ideas please and thank you! sort of new to mods on cars but really want to get into it.

Once your suspension is in place then it would be a good time to start modifying your motor or your interior/exterior.....Once agian everything you want to do is based off a couple things
1.your budget
2.what you want done to your car
budget is endless really, im only 17 and dont pay bills yet so trying to take advantage of my freedom of money. i work full time and all i want to spend it on is my car. Never really thought about suspension of my car, never really concerned about that unless im adding and tremendous power boost. i would love to get just enough power to Compete with the 4th gen vtec which is only a 30hp difference. They do have more torque and of course the intelligence of a vtec but if i could add just 25-30hp id be happy!

The vtec 4th vtec only gets roughly about 20 morehorses to the wheel, a little less than that. im guess i just need the simple things first ill talk heavy later. i plann on getting a vtec in the near future. i keeping all stock parts so i can reinstall them and keep my mods for the vtec

more around 35-40whp more h23a1 to makes about 145whp stock h22a make about 170's whp(depends on what kind of shape the 2engines are in also) but remember peak hp isnt everything...torque is what gets your car moving and midrange power is key, if u have a motor that has more peak hp and not a whole lot of low-mid range the you will mmost likely be slower than some one with less peak and more low -mid range power
I/H/E, Crower stage 1 cams, maxbore.com TB, and generic tuned ECU I dynoed 160whp and 161wtq on my H23, which is about the same as a stock H22, but with a lot more low end power. 1/4 mile I was .5 second faster than an I/H/E 5th gen
Seems good, ill try this out. i went to the link you had posted, im just getting the TB alone rite, shouldnt need the manifolds or adapter? Also any suggestion on what ECU i should get?
I personally would highly recommend getting a header (only options for the H23 are
Megan Racing, DC Sports or Custom), a high-flow cat (magna flow, outlaw etc) and
a better flowing muffler (many options). If you replace the existing piping make sure
the replacement uses mandrel bends, not press bends. I/H/E is a good place to start
with the h23, it produces very good improvements in performance imo. And your not
looking at enough power to be concerned that the existing suspension and braking
systems arent up for the job. But of course upgrading your suspension is definately
a worthwhile exercise. Read up, there are dynos showing the gains h23s make with
just I/H/E before you move on to more serious stuff, and many threads on which
header to go for and cats, mufflers etc. Hope thats of some help.

I first route I would go with is I/H/E. Go bigger on the pipes too. Try upgrading the clutch and flywheel. Suspension is not an bad idea either because you can lower your center of gravity to make better numbers(this is what I believe anyway...please correct me if I'm wrong). And it also help with your car jerking around while you're taking off and shifting.
Oh yeah, one more thing....I know that you're 17 and your budget is endless, so it would be wise to have back-up money just in case you need to replace parts and etc.
GOOD LUCK!!
