Alright picking up my dx this next weekend and picking up my old 93 integra rs... It was the b18a1 msd ignition dizzy and its manual as is the dx. Now what all else do I need? i am getting the whole car, it runs and how easy is it to swap the wire harness? I will end up building the car with maybe 7-10 psi of boost during the winter, but for now just want it dropped in and get the integra out of the yard. Any other ideas or suggestions would be great like an upgraded ecu thats easily tunable would be great to know about.

Where'd you pick one up at?

 

Ive bought ecu's of ebay, i feel like i get lucky. People can say its in working order but it wont be. If you have time and patients craigslist or ask around and do whatever you can to make sure its what YOU want.

 

Yeah will do. I'll look more into it... But I'm still wondering about what else I need.. I'm going to replace the clutch and motor mounts stuff like that... How hard is it to swap the wire harness?

 

Bump... Will these motor mounts work? I just want it to be set in and so i can start it make sure it runs good and everything.. Not going to drive it because I don't have a license

there is a thread about detailed b series into ef chassis if you look. as for the mounts i wouldnt cheap out on those. better to get quality

 

Well I want to make my own, But I want to make sure those would work to hold it all in there.. I'm just tearing the da appart putting it all on the ef make sure i got everything. this winter it'll be all torn down, rust fixed, and turboed.. Hopefully
