Default mpfi swap problems

I just finished doing my mpfi swap and i got the car to start but it idles like crap and if i give it any throttle it bogs out and wants to die.

i have gone over my wiring and i believe everything is corect.

im am getting 3 codes.

code 4 crankshaft posistion sensor. i have tried wiring the c1 and c2 wires in both ways and i reset the ecu and i keep getting that code. i am using the pm6 ecu and td-18u distributor (td-02u replacement)

i am getting code 5 i have the wires in place but it still throws that code i dont have another map sensor yet but im getting one from a buddy soon and i will try it. (i think that might be why i get idle problems.

code 20
Electric load detector. my alternator is plugged in thats as far as i have gotten i dont know much about this code.

i also got code 10 but after i reset the ecu i added more coolant burped the system and that code went away.

my car cannot drive like this it is really frustrating this swap should be simple any help anyone?

Alt can be fried pretty easily. I would suggest a known good alt, and check your grounds three times. try clean the map before you swap it, but Chances are its your wiring, we're all human

i did switch them i have eliminated all codes except for code 4 my car is still running like crap. but thats obvious because it is the crank posistion sensor.

just corect me, i believe that those are the c1, and c2 wires that have to be hooked up are teh cylinder position.

and the b10 and b12 wires, those are crank angle sensor.

which ones are most likely causing this code?

i got rid of the check engine lights.

now i have a hunch that i have a bad injector because it was still sputtering and running like crap. and i switched the tps around and still sputtered and ran like crap.

when they talk about wiring the injectors 1234 which side does 1 start at the left going 234 to the right if looking at the engine from in front of the car?

or is 1 the farthest right injector 234 going to the left when looking at the front of the car?

Thanks alot for all the help

Cyl.1 is always the closest one to the timing cover. because that is the front of the engine

ok car is running decently. but it feels like it is guttless low end and top end, i tried switching the tps once again, but that is not it i hit high rpms before redline and hit fuel cut, so i switched it back.

i need to know exactly which wires go to exactly which injectors. because it runs the same either way i orient the injectors 1.2.3.4 or .4.3.2.1 and it doesnt make a difference im guessing 2 are wrong and 2 of the cylinders arent getting full power, and after i drive down teh road i get code 1 and 16 for oxygen, and fuel injector, my guess is some are wrong spots.

thanks

I have a 88 ef sedan lx i just converted to mpfi and obd1 I have checked my wiring and can't figure out my problem it seams to run decent at low RPM's around 3k. But if i get over that it starts like falling on its face like stops pulling it backfires and shuts off I'm throwing a code 4, code 7, code 9, and code 15. I've tried 2 new distributors and still does the same thing. Can someone please give me some idea's. Thanks for any help that I recieve.

Code 4 Crank position sensor

Code 7 Throttle position sensor

Code 9 No.1 cylinder position sensor

Code 15 Ignition output signal
