Mugen si for 13k... Prior accident though
Well, im in the market to buy an si sedan and i came across a mugen si for 13k. Only problem is the car was in a small accident. It was reported to the insurence and taken care of. The driver hit a curb while driving and bent the rim and messed up the axle from what he told me. Insurence took care of it and it is all fixed. I havent driven the car cause its in a different state, i would have to ship it out to me. What do you guys think? Is it worth it with that prior accident now forever on the title?
first when its in an accident its never going to be the same!!and second when they say that they ship the car to you 99.9percent of the time is fake! so i would rather go for an 07 civic si with 45k on the cluster n feel safe!!
your car is clean looking just a little outta my price range though. i believe i saw this car on autotrader, i cant remember cause ive been looking at so many websites and car lately. flying out isnt an option cause of my work at the moment. im waiting for the seller to send me documentation of everything that was fixed, but perhaps you guys are right maybe it isnt wise to buy with out seeing it first, i might just pass.

thats not true. Shipping cars is extremely common. If the seller is claiming that the only way to sell the car is through a money transfer and shipping the car than its probably a scam but if its the buyers choice to ship a car just because he's in another state than thats totally legitimate. I live in California and found the perfect car in Ohio a few months back. I talked with the previous owner of the car frequently for about 3 weeks before i decided to have it shipped over to me and everything went smoothly and it worked out great. Just sayin
