What Flywheel Do I have?
I know it's a random question that I should know the answer to, but I don't!
When I bought this CRX, I was told the clutch is a Centerforce, but I was not told about any flywheel. Today, I replaced the oil pan gasket and when I pulled the protective shield between the tranny and block, I noticed there was a blue colored flywheel. I was not able to locate any identification to it, so not I am trying to find out what kind of flywheel I have.
Does anyone know what kind of flywheel I might have? The engine is a SOHC ZC.
Thanks!

your question is confusing all in itself...either your asking about what particular year of flywheel you have or you want us to guess what brand of flywheel it is just because its painted blue.
i also have a zc sohc and it came with a stock gold colored flywheel from the factory...maybe someone painted yours or if your uncertain take off the flywheel itself and inspect it for brand markings.

Was it an anadozied blue? If so, probably one of the early eclutchmaster branded Fidanza units. Were there a ton of bolts for a replaceable friction plate or was it smooth?
This is what I'm rocking, an older blue fidanza.

idiots.
he's not asking what year his flywheel is from.
he's asking what type of AFTERMARKET flywheel he has that is blue. pearl95c probably got it right.
however, a friggin camera phone pic would have been much more helpful to start with...

I thought it was a fairly straight forward question really...
The flywheel is a blue anodized color (not spray painted!) and I want to know who makes a BLUE ANODIZED flywheel for this motor.
From the backside of the flywheel, it looked like it was pure blue. I did not see the aluminum color like the example pearl95sc showed, but the blue was pretty much spot on with the Fidanza colored one. I did try Googling for the flywheel, but I was not able to find the same one.
I would have taken a picture of it if I had the ability at the time.
Thanks all

eClutchmaster.com Its actually a fidanza piece. Mine has a faint halfstamp of the eClutchmaster indent just barely enough to make out. I called fidanza about replacing the friction plate, they gave me measurements to verify, and told me they were rare and limited.
On a side note, what are the odds we both have that flywheel, and a JRSC SOHC ZC? Strange isn't it?

Yes, both ClutchMasters and Fidanza flywheel are one in the same. They are decent quality. I personally don't care for the 2 pc design, but it does have the advantage of the replaceable friction surface
7lbs if memory serves me right. And the replaceable center sections are anywhere from 35$ to 55$. Shop around when u need a new one. Going direct from fidanza will cost the most. Found that out the hard way.
