my 92 dx will not show any codes when jumpered and the fuel pump will not come on unless main relay plug is jumpered.

 

Does the CEL work?

Do you also lack spark?

Have you checked fuses 31, 24, and 18?

 

the car was parked in 05 because it was taking forever to start in the mornings after sitting all night i figured id replace the fuel pump. well someone broke into it and stole all the fuses under the dash. no idea why. i work out of state for long periods of timeand never got around to workin on it i recently fixed the fuse situation and replaced the fuel pump. a rat chewed up the wiring under the under hood fuse panel unbeknownst to me. well i repaired the wires that were all frayed. i checked the main reley and it is good (it works when put in my accord). the cel doesnt go out when the key is turned to the on pos.(jumpered or not) before replacing the pump i jumped the relay plug to run the pump and got no spark and the injectors didnt click when cranking.

 

Do the three installed fuses that I mentioned have battery voltage at both top metal test tabs with the key in ON(II)?

Clean and tighten the G101 ground wire attached to the thermostat housing.

 

no voltage @ #18, voltage @ #24 where is #31? if it is under hood, i have voltage to all u/h fuses. i cleaned the grnd connection

 

Sorry, fuse 18 only has voltage with the clutch pedal depressed and the key in ON(III).

 

If there is voltage at both test tabs of fuses 31, 24, and 18, then next test whether the main relay plug also gets battery voltage from all three fuses.
