In this post we are offering our latest product - OEM style ball seat lug nuts for use with Honda OEM wheels. Also, if you are looking for a certain lug nut for aftermarket wheels not listed here, just let us know! We carry Muteki, Project Kics, Rays, Gorilla, NRG, WheelMate, MXP, and our own line of lug nuts.

We have released our own line of ball seat lug nuts for Honda owners that would like to use OEM wheels, but still have a colored lug nut option. These will work great on all colors of OEM wheels. They will especially complete the look for Honda owners that have custom powder coated or painted their OEM wheels.

Until now, there have not been any options for Honda owners seeking colored lug nuts for OEM wheels. OEM Honda wheels require ball seat lug nuts. While many people use aftermarket conical lug nuts with OEM Honda wheels, it is not safe, and it can result in your wheels falling off. Conical/tapered lug nuts do not offer enough contact with the wheel to properly fasten the wheel to the hub of the vehicle. Most, if not all, aftermarket and colored lug nuts are conical, and therefore should not be used with Honda/Acura OEM lug nuts.

Our lug nuts are made from OEM grade, high strength steel to meet or exceed factory OEM standards for Honda lug nuts. All of the lug nuts are manufactured with the same ball seat radius used on Honda OEM wheels. This ensures a proper fit with OEM (factory original) Honda wheels.

These lug nuts will fit Accord, Civic, CRX, Fit, Integra, NSX, TSX, TL, CL, S2000, Insight, CRV, Odyssey, etc. wheels.

We do not recommend using these lug nuts with any aftermarket wheels. We offer a huge selection of other lug nuts for aftermarket wheels. Please ask us if you'd like a set of lug nuts for your aftermarket wheels.

We offer the colored lug nuts in four finishes: black, red, green or blue. We do also have chrome finish for those looking to replace OEM lug nuts.

how much for the green / red shipped to 79904 thanks and do they come with locks?

 

Thank you for your inquiry. No locks are included (We decided not to make locks, since wheel locks do not really prevent wheel theft. Locks are easily broken off by thieves, and they ultimately just make it more difficult for non-thieves, i.e. you or your mechanic, to take the wheels off if you misplace your key).

They are made from hardened steel, so they are very durable (same material as OEM Honda lug nuts).

Thank you. We're glad you're interested in our product. The product is still very new, so we don't have "installed" photos. I can tighten some down on OEM wheels that we have here if it will help you, but it shouldn't be too difficult to visualize.

We only have chrome open end Honda lug nuts at this time. If we were to receive some pre-orders and interest in open end colored ball-seat lug nuts, we can have them produced. Open end lug nuts don't really show the color of the lug nut though, so we did not think it would be a good idea to produce colored, open end OEM Honda style lug nuts for our initial product offering.

will using them with an impact gun remove the finish quickly?

 

We never recommend using an impact gun on lug nuts, regardless of the type or color of lug nut. However, if you are careful to use a proper sized (19mm) hex socket, and you put the socket over the lug nut by hand (don't jam the socket onto the lug nut), you shouldn't damage the finish of these lug nuts.
