use a caliper to measure the ID of each side of the boot and head down to your local parts store with said caliper

Seriously , someone has to know ??? Iam going to measure the outer joints and see how big they are around , that should be esay to do with them in the car and then check out some other honda axles , like the pilot and ridgeline ones for sizes.

Did you guys try looking for a part number on the boots? I'm trying to replace the boots on my 94-97 Accord Stage 3's. The outer is a BT-66 and the inner is a BT-2059.

After a quick internet search, I found what OEM apps the Interparts BT-66 cross references to. I haven't found the BT-2059 yet though.

i think the issue is the way the dss axles fit. i was told that they build them a little long so that the axle shafts are seated deep in the outer joints. This pushes the boots together and they wear against each other.

The crimped part of the boot band is also what tears into the boot because they are pushed together so tight.

i just had mine redone by dss but they will probably rip soon in the same spot just judging by what happened before. i think i paid $60 ish an axle for new grease and boots.
