what was that jap vtec engine.. f23?
that one that came in the accord type-r or whatever? the 2.3L vtec.. im pretty sure it wasnt an H23.. was it the F23? or am i really off base and was it a 2.2 and called an F22 or something? no idea..

Whoa you're calling out POS Prelude S and US Accord engines. I think what you're talking about is the F20b that comes in the JDM Accord Si-R. The H22a is what comes in both the European Accord Type R and the JDM Accord Euro-R. For what ever reason you need to know, I hope this helps.

no, he's talking about the H23A (VTEC)
its in the accord wagon SIRT (jdm of course)
the F23 is a USDM Accord SOHC motor (98-02 Accord)

Their are two versions of the 2.3L Vtec engines in japan.
