B16a EF swap wont start
I have a 90 civic si with a obd-0 b16a all plugs except ECT are connected, doesnt turn over but gets fuel and is throwing a code 6 im sure its because of the Fan switch on the thermo housing. When i turn the key i can hear the ignition switch clicking and also the starter clicking but just doesnt crank. The battery was completely dead but was charged when i tried cranking it. Don't know what it may be, im thinking its not grounded enough or a short somewhere?
Code 6: Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT Sensor).
Hook up it up, reset ecu, swap out for a sure-fire 100%-you-know-it's-working battery, make sure it's completely grounded, then try.
Come back with results.
