Default 2001 manual 4-cyl Accord coupe running poorly

Getting ready to call my mechanic anyway for a tuneup when I noticed my Accord, 140K, timing belt at 90, with the following issues:

1. Poor power from stop - takes a good while to get up to 70 on the highway.

2. Slightly erratic RPMs - at 70 on cruise, the car generally sits steady just below 3 on the tac. Now, it will rev occasionally to a little over 3 periodically before settling down. Then in a minute or two it revs slightly again.

Any suggestions on what to ask the mechanic to look for? Fuel filter doesn't need replacement. Does it need the fuel injectors cleaned? New plugs? Computer issues?

Second note: I have almost a full tank of E10 in it, which is unusual. I don't often get myself in a predicament where I have to buy ethanol.

Honda recommends no more than 10% Ethonol in the fuel. More can cause drivability problems.
