I had this same concern, but when I contacted the track officials they told me no side exits because it interferes with their sensors, no hood exit because violates their noise restrictions, I was running a full 3" turbo back with cutout exit straight down to the ground next to the wastegate dump, now I am debating a full 4" straight down to the ground next to the wastegate dump with no additional exhaust. I am in Germany and their rules are super gay, with a noise restriction of 98db (impossible for a racecar) the inspector will ignore the dump only if it not obvious though.

I don't like the heat wrap and the only one that gets hot is the turbo uppipe. Thanks but I wish I'd be able to compete in true street. Stock radiator works fine for now.
