So, both windows and a power lock aren't working on the passenger side of the car aren't working, so we took off the front driver's-side quarter panel to reveal the wiring. Turns out the connector that goes into the door has several frayed wires. There appears to be a white latch or something that potentially allows the wires to be free from the connectors. Does anyone know how to get this open?
