Default Head CFM Vs Manifold CFM

Since the 300 CFM head has become more common with head porters learning more and sharing with on and another, does bolting a standard Skunk2 ETC manifold to it that flows ~250CFM negate all of the expensive work you just had done?

Now I COMPLETELY understand there is more to HP than head flow

Some good reading on the theory of resonate freq tuning

Dark blue line is the Jg sheetmetal
Light blue is the skunk
Green is the AIR carbon
Red is Jenvey itb's
Purple is bare head

a engine builder i once very much respected always told me flowing a head without the intake manifold you intend to use is useless.

Its not useless. Flowing a head without a manifold will tell you plenty.

Natural Aspirations,

Out of the manifolds that you have listed which would be close to a ported ITR IM? And thx for sharing!
