Default obd2 motor harness to obd1 civic

I have a 97 ls motor and a 1992 4 door eg that I just converted to a 5 speed...

The Ls motor came with a obd2 integra harness..

I found that u can plug this into a 5 speed eg bubble...

Are the plugs from the ecu on a automatic the same as a 5 speed?
Do I need to cut and splice enything...?

It plugs in the same. It really doesn't matter than the civic was originally an automatic. Fun fact, '92 - '95 Civics use the same engine harness regardless of whether they are automatic or manual, the difference is in the cabin harness.

The harness will plug up and turn on but ur car wont run the same since the 97 has a few obd2 plugs. Its better for u to run ur old harness and a 94-95 ls ecu.
