you can check Kplayground, I think they sell the front end conversion and IIRC the material is ABS plastic. VIS sells carbon fiber replicas of the hood. Someone on the 8th civic forum bought the kit and is on the process of painting it, search around that site.

which does not seem bad actually. I rather think that this conversion R We will now examine more Mugen RR now. he says Genuine hood / wings, at least some assembly is robust..

It's sad Honda never brought these to the US. Its even sadder they only made like 300 of them.
