Very nice prep, must take an age to polish like that.

Why the round ports? The Evo's ports are VERY large and oval the transition must be horrible if its all in the flange.

Very nice job. The welds look good, but the top-notch polishing job really makes them pop.
I hope you are charging enough for these. If you didn't get $1000 at least, you are selling yourself short.
Problem is guys like SteedSpeed make a good product for less. I used to weld his billet manifolds, but he starting cutting corners that affected my margins. He also left my buddy hanging on his custom intake project, and charged him double the original quote.
But, his manifolds perform great and are bulletproof with a decent bead on them.
He does the HPF 1000hp manifolds and others for the M3.
These are a work of art compared to the machined ones, but that is my opinion.
I hope you can sell a whack of these. I'm going to tell my buddy to check this thread. He has the EvoX I did the aluminum exhaust on. He needs one of those.

i have to agree on the price being low, but most consumers would laugh at a higher price. that is a big problem brought on by all the cheap asses going to ebay and buying off shore junk. no real surprise there.

keep up the great work!

Your selling them waaay too cheap IMO.

The Evo exhaust port has a 30% greater cross sectional area than a B series.

At that price I might have to consider buying one from you. How can I contact you and get more info on the manifold?

Just shoot me a pm. As for the price being low, I charge more for one off parts. It's priced good to compete with other manifolds for evos. I'm only building maybe 3 more and that will be it on these unless theres demand on them. I take the time to polish the pipes cuz I enjoy the look. Thanks for the words everyone. I will post more pics of stuff i work on.

The Evo turbo is twin scroll and they spin anti-clockwise, hence the design.

And that means its impossible to adapt the turbo/manifold to a different 4-cylinder head? Someone's already done that, twin-scroll manifold with evo turbo on a GSR. Even with the custom manifold price, he said is was well worth the price.

I made 40 turbo kits for Evo turbo's on civic's last year, but you can't really do the same design with say a T3 or GT40.

I deserve that for my bad wording. What i meant was, the turbo's spin the opposite way, so they also face the opposite way. i.e. the snail shells. So you end up with the flange for the manifold closer/further away from the block compared to normal.
