WTT: 92 teg w/ b16 trans (for b16 something)
Hey guys, lookin for something new, maybe someone has something??!?
Here's the specs:
1992 Acura Integra LS
- b18a1 motor, 250k on chassis, head appears to have been replaced at one point, burns VERY MINIMAL oil (refer to pic below)
- ys1 b16 trans, super short and fun.
- clutch grabs great, no slipping at all (you'll squak 3rd no problem).
- tucked engine bay, looks a lot better.
- solid motor mounts
- dropped on ebay coilovers
- 14" steelies, 3 tires are good, 1 is bald.
- fresh alignment
- valve lash recently adjusted to spec
- fresh rear brakes
- 4 new front pass side wheel studs / lug nuts
- brand new passenger front lower ball joint
- new pass side upper control arm
- driverside axle has been replaced
- 4-1 header with 2.5" collector
- 2.25" exhaust with resonator back to a stock muffler
- cruise works awesome (use it a lot)
- speakers are aftermarket, not sure of brand but sound nice
- very clean interior (I take care of it!)
- front and rear sway bars make it fun to drive.
bad
- cracked windshield
- ebrake doesn't work
- body has some surface rust, quarters are good but under the rockers is gonna need some work
- no ac or power steering, can include the parts to put them back though (ps was looped at the rack under the car, valvebody gutted properly also to make it turn easier).
- 4th gear grind on trans, if you keep it under 3500 though it's fine.
- shifter is broken, but a shift **** is still on it, with some set screws you'd be set.
engine bay (before header)

very clean interior!

coilovers

header makes the engine look good

coilovers on

ground clearance

this shows how the header is scraped up (before rear coilovers were on)

engine bay

two of the mounts are filled with 3m window weld, other 2 have Energy Suspension inserts.

this is what the head looks like, clearly it's in really good shape, and is the reason the car hardly burns oil. Idk about you, but this doesn't look like 250k miles to me

cruising on the way in 5th gear, shows how short the trans is

Cleaned the car

another pic under the valve cover, clean motor (no it's not missing that nut, just had it off in the pic)

Soo yeah tons of pics, I've pretty much told you everything, just looking to trade. I wish I had pictures from when I first got the car to show how much of a turd it was (well, more of a turd) and how much I've worked on this thing. Anyone who saw the car when I got it can vouch for me on this.. it was horrible. Anyway, it would be really cool to stay with a b series, maybe an ef with a b16.
I'll answer any questions anyone has, thanks for looking!
