The reason is, last time at Lime Rock I met this guy that drives a red GSR. A closer inspection reveal oem colored skirts, ITR wing and lip. Which were later confirmed all from a ITR. Also, the most obvious are the ITR wheels with worn RE010 and 5 lug conversion.

I asked the guy where you get the stuff from. He answered from a guy name C.J. from Queens, he has everything ITR, like engine and stuff. I ended the conversation and prepare for the sessions. Anyway, at the end of the 3rd session, I went around and took some pics off his car and other fine machinaries, a few minutes after I left his car, he drove off without participating in the 4th session. I was about to ask him ways to contact CJ.

Let's not make this another "hybrider's fault" thread. I simply want to know if this CJ guy is a legitimate trader that salvage/import parts. Knowing 5 ITRs personally been stolen in the NY area, it's natural for me to look out for possible threats.

Hey, if you are CJ, then just say so...as long as you aren't making illegal stuff, there is nothing to worry about. I told you that I am not directing or accusing any hybrider. In fact, I am looking to build a hybrid-EG myself. I just want to find out about this CJ character. If he's legit, I may have another source for parts.

FYI. I also live in Queens. If anyone knows ways to contact him, I will visit his shop in person. So this "internet cop" thing is not just a thread posting and useless whine.

 

HaHa HybridKOOP is NOT C.J. ....I have met him and will vouch for him. I myself live in Queens and lets just say I traveled out of STATE to meet HybridKOOP. .......and NO I am not CJ either.

 

On a sidenote...I doubt you'll be successful trying to find C.J. in Queens...Queens is pretty damn big...and I'm sure there are a ton of C.J's.....the guy was shady with you for a reason. My cousin in Queens is C.J.......but of course he is 3 years old so I don't think he is dealing in stolen ITR parts haha.

Well I don't know if you live in Queens yourself. But if this guy supposedly owns a shop. You're better off looking in the Astoria..Long Island City...Jackson Heights areas of Queens. Thats where most shops are located

 

Wheres DRT in Queens? James with the del Sol went there yesterday to dyno his car and said the shop was a shithole and nobody knew what they were doing..

To clarify, the owner of the red GS-R isn't CJ. He bought the parts off "CJ".

BTW, I'm with Louis on this one. Sick of the internet cops, specially jond on his happy clan of morons (who I actually haven't seen much lately). If people know CJ and know that he sells stolen parts do you think they'll reply? And if they did, whould you call the cops? I doubt it, most people will say "yes I would!" but wont in real life.

 

I have never met or have any affliation with CJ.

That's true, BUT maybe someone would'v been able to say they have bought from him before and know for a fact that he's legit. They also would've been able to tell about "CJ's" product quality, and wether or not he knows what he's doing.
