I was told by this guy that sells motors that there is a 95 EG TYPE R Special edition from JAPAN. and i told him no there is not but he wanted to prove me otherwise. please tell me im not insane.thank you

The only Type R 1992-1995 Civics I've seen are the fucktards that run around my area with "Type R y0!" stickers on their cars.

The Honda Type R (in any form), didn't come into existence until the 96 model year which would've been late 95 at the dealerships. The first Civic type R was the 1996 EK9 (with the b16b), and the first Integra Type R was the 1996 DC2-R (b18c-R). Tell your friend at the shop he doesn't know dick and I said so.

The best motor an EG ever had was the Sir2 model with a b16a rated at 170ps, which is less than the b16b at 185ps.
