How much would it be to make a B16a a 1.8 or 2.0?

I got into a discussion about the b16 vs. a b20 and someone mentioned you could make the b16 into a 1.8 or 2.0 liter. How is this possible? Any links avaible would be appreciated. Also has anyone done this?

dont have the exact address but check out Crower, they make a b16 stroker kit, good stuff but its a bit pricey I think between $2500. and $2900.

cheaper to just pickup an LS/CRV block and strap a VTEC head to it

I pretty much came to the same conclusion (B20) Im looking for a B20 to redo the internals and sleeve it then put my B16 PR3 head on it!! its not going to be cheap, but deffinitely worth it

Ummm...send you block to golden eagle, get it resleeved and bored to 85mm....should be right at 1.8 liters then, with no stroking.

So its cheaper then just to spend more money on a b18c then go through the trouble with the b16a. Does anyone have any numbers for a stroked b16a? I figured when I first found out about it would be great because you would have a 1.8 or 2.0 liter engine with torque and also have the b16a's great rod to stroke ratio.

the thing is you would loose the rod and stroke ratio if you go with a stroker kit, the golden eagle resleeve sounds like a better plan
