Default Are all B-Series Clutches interchangeable???

I'm wondering if all B-Series clutches are interchangeable?

I'm putting together a 92 GS-R engine and trans for my CRX. The Acura pressure plate is $200 and is common for all 90-93 Integra's as well as the 94-01 ls and gs (so their is no difference between cable and hydraulic). I crossed the flywheel and clutch disc part numbers to honda and they are the same as the 94-95 Del Sol Vtec, but the pressure plate part number is different. It is only $120 though and I don't see why I couldn't use it. That got me to thinking I could probably use the ITR pressure plate in that case... Any ideas? I can save a lot of money by buying the Honda Pressure plate or if I'm going to spend the money anyways I could by the ITR pressure plate. Would their be a benefit?

I'm pretty sure they're all interchangable. The only difference on the cable vs hydro is the release bearing.

'90 - '91 Integras use a different clutch than '92 - '01, the input shaft on '90 - '91 transmissions use a smaller input shaft.
